Fair-Innovation: Automatic Cutlery Feeding Conveyor
Company Thomas Dörr Cutlery and kitchen systems from Sinsheim, Germany, achieved a further improvement for canteen kitchens by developing the automatic cutlery feeding conveyor for cutlery polishers.
The cutlery feeding conveyor automatically transports the cutlery from a water container into the cutlery polishing machine. Thus, the drying of washed cutlery is prevented. The manual feeding of the cutlery polishing machine is omitted. The cutlery can be poured directly from the dishwater into the cutlery polishing machine and binds therefore no personel capacities for the drying and polishing of cutlery.
