The operation
How does the cutlery wrapping machine work?
After washing, the required combination of cutlery (up to four different pieces) are placed in the filling compartment of the cutlery wrapping machine.
The wrapped cutlery sets can then be filled into the cutlery box evenly with the aid of the fillomat - the automatic cutlery distribution.The desired filling quantity is defined and programmed individually. Having reached the programmed quantity, the process is interrupted, so that the box can be replaced comfortably.
To facilitate allocation and distribution, cutlery boxes are available in different colors.
Napkin paper
Focusing specifically on the requirements of large-scale kitchens, THOMAS DÖRR also offers suitable high-quality napkin paper. The strong and extremly absorbent DÖRR-SP paper has been designed particularly for use in the cutlery wrapping machine. Of course, the napkin paper is also available with a printed design according to your wishes.
